MOUs/Agreement
The Data Quality Campaign helps states develop the capacity and political will to not only build longitudinal data systems but to align them with postsecondary institutions and link them with databases outside the realm of education (e.g., social services, corrections, workforce, etc.). In order to connect systems, states generally develop and sign Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and other types of legal data sharing agreements.
