ARRA Education & Data

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act includes many individual funding streams that total almost $100 billion over two years. The largest of these funding streams is the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund, which states can apply for, and is distributed according to each state’s share under a specified formula.
